Rittenhouse at Locust provides several avenues for residents to make inquiries, obtain information and/or voice concerns. The open meetings are only one of these avenues. Should you not be able to attend an open meeting, you may always email the HOA at firstname.lastname@example.org We will try to assist you with any inquiry you may have. Please note that email@example.com is the official email address for the HOA. Please do not email any of our property managers directly as this will only delay a response to your inquiry. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for a reply.

“Open Forums” are held during an open meeting at the discretion of the Board and only if time permits.
Should an open forum be permitted during any meeting, it is done to promote information for the community as a whole. Questions and concerns regarding “individual” homeowner issues will not be permitted. If your inquiry during the open forum does not concern the community as a whole, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
